Αναγκάστηκε.
Οι φοιτητές τον ανάγκασαν.
Και οι μαθητές.
Και οι πανεπιστημιακοί.
Οι κινητοποιήσεις τους ήταν κάτι το πρωτόγνωρο, μολονότι την εποχή εκείνη οι διαδηλώσεις ήταν καθημερινό φαινόμενο.

Όμως αυτό συμβαίνει κατά κόρον. Σε όλους μας.
Αλλά εντέλει θυμήθηκα. Κάτι είναι κι αυτό.
Θυμήθηκα τις διαδηλώσεις του '79-'80. Και το ξύλο. Μιλάμε για πολύ ξύλο. Ανελέητο. Όπως και τώρα.
